Tidbits I think might be interesting to technology teachers and the tech curious.
This year marks my 3rd year and 4th Half Marathon running in the the Kangoo Jumps. It's amazing how it takes the shock off of the joints and improves muscle recovery time. My father completed his second half marathon in the Kangoos and is now hooked! My hope is that more runners and people that have suffered from knee pain give these a try as this could be what helps them get their health back!
